The Tehnoholod ПВХСн-1,25 Missouri A Meat refrigerated display case is designed for selling fresh meat in delicatessen counters, hospital or canteen meat-processing sections, and premium supermarkets. This model uses a static cooling system: an evaporator placed above the display and an additionally chilled display surface, which minimizes loss of product appearance and moisture during display. It is manufactured by the Ukrainian plant Tehnoholod (Lviv).
The case is 1250 mm long, with a display area of 1.11 m² and a double side-wall thickness of 120 mm for enhanced insulation in meat sections. The -1…+2 °C operating temperature corresponds to temperature class M1, the standard regime for storing fresh meat.
