The ROSS Sorrento-П-1,5 combination display case extends the service line in foodservice facilities: it is made by the Ukrainian plant ROSS (Kharkiv) and can be joined with additional sections into a line of any length and layout using corner units. This suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need a full-scale serving area for chilled dishes and drinks.
The cabinet length including side panels is 1620 mm, with a 1.05 m² display area holding up to 58 kg of evenly loaded product. The body is filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam to minimize heat loss, and the medium-temperature compressor reduces power consumption. The working range in the display volume is 0…+8°C, and the unit reliably withstands ambient temperatures of up to +32°C.
