The Aistermo ВХСК Арктика 1.6 (VKHSK Arktyka 1.6) refrigerated display case is a mid-length model from the Arktyka line for displaying chilled products in buffets, canteens and kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. Its 1600 mm length and 280 L storage volume make it possible to present a wider range of salads, cheese, dairy and sausage products and fish, while keeping the floor-standing unit compact.
The galvanized steel body with polymer coating resists wear and corrosion, and the side panels are insulated with foamed polyurethane and finished with a decorative stainless steel insert. The work and display surfaces are made of polished stainless steel. Cooling is static, with natural air circulation, provided by an Embraco compressor; the operating temperature range is 0…+8°C, with power consumption of 7.8 kWh per day. The display area is 730 mm wide, with an additional refrigerated storage box of 280 L underneath. The unit weighs 160 kg. Controls are electronic with a temperature display, and lighting is LED.
