The Aistermo ВХСК Арктика 2.0 (VKHSK Arktyka 2.0) refrigerated display case is the largest model in the Arktyka line, 2000 mm long with a 360 L storage volume, built for kitchens with a wide range of chilled products and heavy demand on the serving line. The unit can be installed on its own or joined in a line with other serving equipment.
Cooling is static, provided by an Embraco Aspera compressor, with an operating range of 0…+8°C and power consumption of 7.8 kWh per day. The display area is 730 mm wide, with a built-in refrigerated box of 360 L underneath for reserve stock. The stainless steel worktop is suitable for cutting, packing or setting up scales. Neutral white LED lighting ensures good visibility of the products, and controls are microprocessor-based with a temperature indicator.
