The Frosty RT98L-1D refrigerated display cabinet features a dynamic cooling system that distributes cold air more evenly through the chamber compared to static-cooled models. This is especially useful where the cabinet runs almost continuously — at a school canteen serving line, a hospital catering unit, or a kindergarten buffet.
The unit has a glass door and automatic defrost, which reduces the time staff spend maintaining the equipment. The body is made of plastic. The operating temperature range is 0...+12°C, matching a medium-temperature regime for storing chilled food.
