The Orest DSC-1500 (6x1/4) chilled display case serves as a cold-ingredient station on serving lines at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens: the tray under the lid keeps chopped vegetables, side dishes, sauces and other components chilled right at the cook's workstation.
The refrigerated tray holds 6 GN 1/4 pans up to 150 mm deep. Both the interior and exterior of the case are made of stainless steel, and the lid locks in the open position during service. Cooling is static, and a digital thermostat precisely maintains the +2...+8°C range. The case measures 1500 mm long, 335 (365) mm wide and 300 mm high, weighing 35 kg.
