The Orest DSC-2000(9x1/4) pizza display case is designed for showcasing and short-term storage of chilled ready meals at serving lines in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and other institutions with an in-house food service. The transparent design lets staff keep portioned food visible while maintaining full control of the storage temperature.
The cooled bath holds 9 GN 1/4 pans up to 150 mm deep. Both the internal and external body parts are made of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. Cooling is static, and a digital thermostat keeps the working range at +2...+8°C without manual adjustment.
