Tekhnokholod VKhK (D)-1.3 "Dakota Self" Cake Display Case

The Tekhnokholod VKhK (D)-1.3 "Dakota Self" cake display case is an enlarged version of the Ukrainian-made Dakota Self line, built for a wider assortment of cakes, pastries and other confectionery products. The 1.3 size gives more usable display area than the base 1.0 model, which is useful for canteens of educational institutions, hospital cafés and foodservice outlets with heavier customer traffic.

Like the whole Self line, the case works in self-service format — customers pick a cake or pastry from the open display themselves. Dynamic cooling (D) evenly distributes cold air and maintains an operating temperature of +4...+8°C in climate class H1. Electric power is 890 W, daily power consumption is 17.1 kWh, running on a 220V supply.
