The BRILLIS VTN100SY refrigerated pastry display case is designed for retail points, coffee shops and patisseries that need to keep desserts chilled while showcasing them attractively to customers. The model has 2 shelves, each lit from all sides, so products on display look appealing and are clearly visible from any angle.
The case features a double-glazed unit with flat glass, which helps it hold the set temperature reliably. The sliding glass doors are easy to remove, simplifying daily cleaning and keeping the interior tidy. Cooling is dynamic: fans distribute cold air inside, so the temperature on both shelves stays the same. The case defrosts automatically and evaporates accumulated moisture, with control via a digital panel.
