HURAKAN HKN-LPD210S WHITE Square Refrigerated Pastry Display Case

The HURAKAN HKN-LPD210S WHITE refrigerated pastry display case is designed for showcasing and chilled storage of cakes, pastries and desserts in coffee shops, bakeries, and the catering units of schools and healthcare facilities with their own confectionery section. "Square" in the model name refers to the flat glass profile as opposed to the curved version of the line. Flat glass gives a clear view inside with no optical distortion at the edges — a cake on the second shelf looks the same as one on the first, with no perspective warping.

The tempered glass withstands mechanical impact from opening and closing the doors and does not produce dangerous shards if damaged. An anti-fog system is built into the glass frame, so the glass stays clear even with a temperature difference between the room and the refrigerated chamber. LED lighting is built into the shelves themselves rather than the top of the cabinet, so products are lit from below and above at the same time, without shadows from the lower tier falling on the upper one. It is worth noting that this model has no separate humidity control system: the case maintains stable temperature but does not regulate relative humidity, which is not a limitation for most pastry items such as cakes, pastries and desserts. The 191 kg weight of a 1200 mm case comes from the marble cladding, the heavy frame supporting the tempered glass, and the compressor unit in the lower part of the cabinet; delivery and installation require two people and a level floor with sufficient load-bearing capacity. The unit runs on a 220 V supply with 0.48 kW power draw.
