The Juka VDL108A pastry display case is designed for showcasing and selling cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods in buffets and cafés at educational and healthcare facilities — school canteens with a pastry counter, hospital visitor cafeterias, and kindergartens with in-house baking. A compact 1.69 m² display area allows the case to fit even into a small service area.
The evaporator has an enlarged working surface that keeps conditions stable for preserving pastry freshness within the +4...+10°C operating range at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). Four refrigerated glass shelves with interior lighting provide a large display surface, while sliding glazed doors give convenient access to the products. The supporting frame is made of stainless steel.
