The Juka VDL108A cube-shaped pastry display case, with a stainless steel supporting frame, is suitable for buffets and cafés at schools, hospitals and kindergartens where pastries, cakes and other confectionery are prepared and served to students, patients or visitors. A compact 1.69 m² display area lets it fit into even a small serving zone.
An enlarged evaporator surface helps keep pastries fresh for longer within the +4...+10°C operating range, at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). The standard configuration includes 4 refrigerated glass shelves with interior lighting, sliding glazed doors, automatic defrost and adjustable legs. Decorative cladding can be ordered in painted or laminated MDF, hardwood, or painted metal.
