The Juka VDL158А pastry display case is built to showcase a wide assortment of cakes, pastries and desserts in the pastry sections of canteens at educational and healthcare facilities — from school buffets to hospital cafeterias. Its 2.56 m² display area is larger than the compact models in the lineup, allowing several product categories or suppliers to be presented at once.
The case features an evaporator with an enlarged working surface to keep baked goods fresh within the +4...+10°C operating range at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). Four refrigerated glass shelves with lighting and sliding glazed doors combine a large display surface with convenient access for staff. The frame is made of stainless steel, with decorative panels available in MDF, hardwood or painted metal to order.
