The large JUKA VDL158А pastry display case, with a stainless steel supporting frame, is built for institutions with heavy visitor traffic — school canteens with a dedicated pastry section, hospital buffets, kindergartens with in-house baking. A 2.56 m² display area allows a wide range of cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods to be shown at once while keeping the counter looking tidy.
The +4...+10°C operating range is maintained by an enlarged evaporator surface at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). The standard configuration includes 4 refrigerated glass shelves with interior lighting, sliding glazed doors, automatic defrost and height-adjustable legs. To match the facility's style, decorative panels can be ordered in painted or laminated MDF, hardwood, or painted metal.
