The BRILLIS DN4-SY-R290 is a professional pastry display case from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS, designed to store and showcase cakes, pastries, mousses and other confectionery. It suits coffee shops, patisseries, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as school and kindergarten canteens where an attractive product presentation matters.
The body is made of stainless steel: the exterior is covered with a special black film, while the glossy interior resists corrosion and visually enlarges the display space. Double glazing reduces cold loss, and heated glass prevents fogging. The magnetic rubber gasket is easy to remove for cleaning, and automatic defrost simplifies maintenance.
