The Gooder FC-400SCD Cube pastry display case is designed for chilled storage and neat presentation of baked goods, desserts and confectionery in canteens and buffets of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where items need to stay available for serving throughout the working day.
The +2°C to +8°C range is maintained by a dynamic cooling system running on R290 refrigerant. The display tray and front panel are made of stainless steel, while the sealed glass unit keeps the internal temperature stable and shields the products from dust. An adjustable shelf lets staff change the height of the 766×426 mm display area, and the top and bottom shelves measure 802×220 mm and 802×320 mm respectively. Automatic condensate evaporation reduces maintenance needs, and a digital thermostat gives precise temperature control.
