The Gooder FC-500RCD confectionery display case is designed for chilled storage and presentation of pastries, desserts and cold snacks in buffets and dining halls of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where proper storage conditions need to be combined with an attractive product display.
The +2°C to +8°C temperature range is maintained by a dynamic cooling system that distributes cold evenly across the 1066×426 mm display area. The front panel and display tray are made of stainless steel, while the glazed unit helps hold the temperature inside and protects products from dust. The interior is lit with LED lighting, temperature is controlled via a digital thermostat, and meltwater is removed automatically. The refrigerant is R290, climate class 3.
