The Gooder XC-275 CUBE pastry display case is designed to showcase and store baked goods, cakes and desserts in buffets and dining areas of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that sell or serve ready-made confectionery. The compact build and glass doors give a clear view of the assortment while keeping the required temperature range.
The base of the case is made of stainless steel, with sliding glass doors and double glazing. A temperature range of +2°C to +10°C is maintained by the dynamic cooling system, which spreads cold air evenly across the full 390 L capacity. Three shelves of different sizes let staff sort products by category, and LED lighting highlights the display. Castors allow the case to be moved within a room. The unit is rated for ambient temperatures up to +32°C (climate class 4) and runs on R290 refrigerant.
