The ROSS Cremona-0,9 pastry display case is compact refrigeration equipment for showcasing cakes, pastries and confectionery in school and kindergarten canteens, cafeteria coffee corners, and small retail outlets. It is made by ROSS, a Ukrainian manufacturer based in Kharkiv, which simplifies procurement for institutions working under Prozorro procedures and requiring locally made equipment.
The case measures 900×750×1426 mm, with a 1.15 m² display area and evenly loaded capacity of 20 kg on the counter top and 7 kg per shelf. A fan-driven forced air circulation keeps the useful volume at a stable +4…+8°C, ensuring even cooling at every level of the display.
