The ROSS Siena-К-0,9-1,7 ПС pastry display case is a compact solution for selling pastries, cakes and sweets in small buffets and coffee corners at educational and healthcare institutions. Static cooling gently preserves pastries without drying them out, while large pull-out trays make the assortment easy to present.
The body is filled with high-pressure polyurethane foam, and panels are galvanized steel with polymer coating and no welded seams. Three tiers of glass shelves increase the display area, while curved tempered panoramic glass and LED lighting attract customer attention. An electronic controller maintains the set temperature and performs automatic evaporator defrost — made by ROSS in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
