The ROSS Siena-К-1,1-1,2 ВС confectionery display case is a compact solution from ROSS, a Ukrainian manufacturer based in Kharkiv, built for selling cakes, pastries and other confectionery in school, kindergarten and hospital buffets and small foodservice outlets. The 1120 mm case width fits three levels of glass shelving, significantly boosting the display area without making the case any longer.
Static cooling gently preserves confectionery products without drying them out with airflow, while pull-out trays on smooth-running rails make loading and serving faster. Siena-К cases can be joined into a run of any length, which is convenient for building out long institutional serving lines, and the choice of base color lets the unit match a buffet's interior.
