The ROSS Sorrento К-1,5 pastry display case is built for chilled storage and eye-catching presentation of pastries, cakes and desserts in cafeterias of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other foodservice facilities. As part of the Sorrento line, it uses forced (dynamic) cooling that keeps temperature even across the entire display volume, so products stay fresh-looking throughout the working day.
The cabinet is made by ROSS, a manufacturer based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Body panels are galvanized steel with polymer coating and no welded seams, preventing corrosion spots. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts on gas struts, two rows of extra shelves adjust in height, and LED lighting adds volume to the display. A mid-temperature compressor keeps power costs down, while an electronic control panel handles automatic evaporator defrost.
