The Tehnoholod 1.0 Dakota Cube OS 60/130 pastry display case is a narrow modification of the Ukrainian-made modular Dakota Cube line, distinguished from the 85/130 and 85/150 versions by a shallower body (60 cm instead of 85 cm). The case length is 940 mm, and the display section is split into two zones: an overall display area of 1.04 m² and a separate tray area of 0.27 m² — convenient for keeping cakes and small individual pastries apart.
The compact depth makes this model a practical choice for narrow counters in coffee shops, school and hospital buffets, and corner spots in a pastry department where the standard 85 cm depth won't fit. The case runs in the medium-temperature range of +4…+6 °C, temperature class N1, matching storage conditions for cakes, pastries, cream products and other confectionery items on the sales-floor counter.
