The Tehnoholod 1.0 Dakota Cube PS 85/150 pastry display case is a compact model from the Ukrainian-made modular Dakota Cube line, sized for small-footprint spots: a coffee corner, a school or hospital buffet, or a corner pastry counter in a canteen. The actual case length is 940 mm, with a display area of 1.6 m² — enough for everyday display of baked goods, cakes and desserts in a venue with moderate footfall.
The "PS 85/150" version is the base configuration of the line, with a double side-panel thickness of 50 mm. The case operates in the medium-temperature range of +4…+6 °C, corresponding to temperature class N1 and suitable for storing pastries, cream cakes, desserts and other temperature-sensitive products. Its compact footprint allows installation even where counter space is limited, while still giving customers a full view of the display.
