The Tekhnoholod 1.0 Dakota Cube PC 90/150 pastry display case is refrigeration equipment from a Ukrainian manufacturer, designed to showcase and store cakes, pastries and other confectionery in foodservice venues, school and kindergarten buffets, hospital cafeterias and shops at institutions. The compact 940 mm module fits well into small retail spots where a tidy product presentation on limited floor space matters.
The cubic "Dakota cube" design provides a display area of 2.0 m² at an operating temperature of +4...+6°C, matching temperature class H1 — the optimal storage regime for confectionery. Double-layer side panels 70 mm thick keep a stable microclimate inside the case at room temperatures up to +25°C and humidity up to 60%.
