The Tekhnokholod 1.5 Dakota Cube OC 60/130 is an extended version of the cube-shaped pastry display case, suited to venues with a wider range of baked goods and desserts — school and kindergarten canteens, hospital cafeterias, and foodservice businesses. The straight cube glass without a slanted front gives an even, undistorted view of the display from every side.
The cabinet has 40 mm side panels that keep the temperature regime stable. Total display area is 1.61 m², of which 0.42 m² is tray display space. The operating range is +4…+6 °C, climate class N1, and the unit is rated for rooms up to +25 °C and 60% humidity.
