The Tekhnokholod Dakota Cube OS 85/150 1.5 pastry display case is a compact model for showcasing baked goods, cakes and desserts in buffets and retail areas of foodservice businesses, schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Compared with other Tekhnokholod lines, the Dakota Cube series stands out with a cube-shaped case and trays included in the display zone.
The total display area is 1.74 m², of which 0.64 m² is tray space. The case is 1440 mm long, with side panels just 40 mm thick, making the construction more compact than the Кароліна and Соната series. Operating temperature is +4…+6°C (temperature class Н1), and the unit is designed for ambient temperature up to +25°C and humidity up to 60%. It runs on a 220V ±10% mains supply.
