The Tehnoholod 1.5 Dakota Cube PS 85/150 pastry display case is the largest model in the PS 85/150 version of the Ukrainian-made modular Dakota Cube line. The case length is 1440 mm, giving the widest display surface among models in this version and allowing a fully equipped pastry counter in a café, a buffet at an educational or healthcare facility, or a canteen pastry corner with an extended range of baked goods.
The "PS 85/150" version is the base configuration of the line, with a double side-panel thickness of 50 mm. The case is designed for the medium-temperature range of +4…+6 °C, temperature class N1, matching storage conditions for cakes, pastries, cream products and other confectionery items. The extended length is convenient for venues where the display assortment is regularly refreshed and space is needed for several product groups at once.
