The Tekhnokholod 2.5 Missouri A Patisserie PS 140 pastry display case is Ukrainian-made refrigeration equipment for displaying and selling cakes, pastries, desserts and confectionery in foodservice venues, school and kindergarten canteens, cafés and shops. The unit belongs to the Missouri A Patisserie OC 130 series, a display case line designed for sales areas of various sizes.
The display section covers 4.4 m², while the pull-out trays add another 1.86 m² for merchandising, allowing a wide assortment of confectionery to be presented at once in a customer-friendly layout. 100 mm thick side panels provide stable thermal insulation, and the +4...+6°C operating range of temperature class H1 keeps products within safe conditions throughout the working day.
