The Tekhnokholod VKhK (D)-1.0 "Dakota Self" confectionery display case is chilled retail equipment made in Ukraine for open self-service sale of cakes, pastries and other confectionery products. It suits canteens of educational institutions, hospital buffets, cafés and foodservice businesses where customers pick items from the case themselves, without staff assistance.
The unit features dynamic cooling (D), which evenly distributes cold air across the whole display area and keeps a stable operating temperature of +4...+8°C in climate class H1. It runs on a 220V supply, with 890 W electric power and daily power consumption of 17.1 kWh.
