The ROSS Belluno-K 0,9-1,5 pastry display case is designed for showcasing cakes, pastries and other confectionery items in dining halls and buffets of educational institutions, hospitals and foodservice businesses. It is manufactured by ROSS, a Ukrainian company producing commercial refrigeration equipment in Kharkiv, which lets public and municipal institutions purchase domestically made equipment with a full set of documents for tender procedures, including Prozorro.
The case features curved tempered panoramic glass that tilts forward for easy servicing, plus a forced-air cooling system that distributes cold evenly throughout the display volume. The operating temperature in the useful volume is +2…+8°C at an ambient temperature of up to +25°C. Display area is 1.27 m², and the evenly loaded product capacity is up to 110 kg. The body is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating and filled with polyurethane foam to minimize heat loss; display trays and the seller's countertop are made of stainless steel.
