The ROSS Belluno-K 1,1-1,2 pastry display case is refrigeration equipment made in Ukraine (Kharkiv) for displaying and storing cakes, pastries and baked goods in school canteens, kindergarten buffets, hospital catering units and other foodservice facilities that need a neat presentation of desserts at +2…+8°C.
The 1290 mm long model uses forced (dynamic) cooling technology that keeps the temperature even throughout the whole display volume. The lower pull-out row has an enlarged display area and moves smoothly and quietly, while the upper part offers three rows of additional height-adjustable shelves. The curved tempered panoramic glass tilts forward for easy servicing.
