ROSS, a Kharkiv-based manufacturer, offers the Sorrento К-1,7 pastry display case — a longer model (1820 mm) suited to buffets with a wide assortment of pastries, cakes and desserts in school cafeterias, kindergartens and hospital canteens. Dynamic (forced) cooling keeps a stable +2…+8°C temperature across the full 2.06 m² display area.
The body is assembled from galvanized steel with polymer coating and no welding, which prevents corrosion. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts on gas struts, and inside there are two rows of height-adjustable shelves with energy-saving LED lighting. An electronic panel controls temperature and automatic evaporator defrost, while a mid-temperature compressor reduces power costs.
