The HURAKAN HKN-GXD1200GC refrigerated topping rail with glass mounts on a refrigerated prep table and keeps chilled toppings, sauces and fillings ready at the service line of school, hospital, pizzeria and bar kitchens. Capacity is 5 GN 1/4 pans up to 150 mm deep; the pans are not included.
The operating range is +2…+8°C, the body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, and the refrigerant is R600a. It is the shortest model in the GXD line-up (available in 1200, 1400, 1500, 1800 and 2000 mm) — a good fit for GXSN and GXS series prep tables 1360 mm wide, or for installation in a width-constrained work area.
