The HURAKAN HKN-GXD1500GC refrigerated topping rail with glass mounts on a refrigerated prep table and is used to keep chilled toppings, sauces and fillings ready at the service line of a school, hospital, pizzeria or cafe kitchen. Capacity is 7 GN 1/4 pans up to 150 mm deep; the pans are not included.
The operating range is +2…+8°C, the body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, and the refrigerant is R600a. Seven sections fit a full basic ingredient set for a fixed menu — several types of cheese, meat and vegetable toppings, for example — with no empty slots and no containers left outside the rail on the table surface.
