The HURAKAN HKN-GXD1800GC refrigerated topping rail with glass sits on top of a refrigerated prep table and organizes a line of toppings, sauces and ready ingredients for the pass or production kitchen. Eight GN 1/4 pans are arranged in a single row, so the cook can reach every section without stepping sideways. It suits kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that prepare pizza, burgers, rolls or made-to-order dishes.
The body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel, and the glass top shields the pan contents from dust, foreign objects and heat coming from the dining area. The +2...+8°C range is maintained by a refrigeration circuit running on R600a refrigerant. Pan depth of up to 150 mm allows shallow trays with sliced ingredients and deeper containers with sauces to sit side by side. GN 1/4 pans are not included and are selected separately to match the kitchen's assortment.
