The HURAKAN HKN-GXD2000GC refrigerated topping rail with glass extends the topping line to ten GN 1/4 pans — the 2000 mm length holds a full set of ingredients for pizza, burgers or rolls without rearranging containers during a shift. The rail sits on top of a refrigerated prep table and connects to the table's existing refrigeration circuit, so it does not need its own compressor.
The glass front shields the pan contents from dust and foreign objects while keeping the assortment fully visible. The +2...+8°C range runs on R600a refrigerant, and the body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel. Pans up to 150 mm deep let shallow trays of sliced ingredients sit alongside deeper sauce containers in the same row. GN 1/4 pans are not included.
