Large institutional kitchens — school meal combines, hospital catering units or central kitchens serving several kindergartens — often need extra space on the serving line for toppings, sauces, and grain or vegetable add-ons served separately from the main dish. The REEDNEE VRX2000/330FG topping display case is built for exactly this purpose.
At 2000 mm long, the unit holds more gastronorm pans or containers than the shorter models in the range, making it a good fit for kitchens with high throughput serving large numbers of pupils, patients or children at once.
The case is 335 mm wide and 440 mm high, with a net weight of 62 kg. It is manufactured by REEDNEE, with production based in China. It runs on a 220V supply with 0.2 kW of electrical power.
