The Tefcold VK33-160 topping display case is designed for short-term storage and display of chilled toppings, sauces and prepared ingredients on a kitchen serving line. A straight glass lid shields the food from dust and contact while keeping it visible to staff.
The unit holds up to 7 GN1/4 pans for a total capacity of 48 L. The +2..+10°C range is maintained by static cooling with R600A refrigerant. Its compact 1600 mm length and low 225 mm height let it be placed directly on a serving line or alongside other kitchen equipment.
