BRILLIS G-VRX1400/330FG Topping Display Case

The BRILLIS G-VRX1400/330FG topping display case is compact equipment for storing and presenting chilled ingredients in professional kitchens, fast-food outlets, pizzerias and serving lines, including school and kindergarten canteens and food-service businesses.

The +2…+8°C temperature range keeps ingredients fresh, and the 40 L total capacity provides enough room for daily kitchen use. The case is designed for six GN 1/4 gastronorm containers (not included), allowing sauces, toppings or chopped ingredients to be organised neatly. The body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel both inside and outside, ensuring durability, hygiene and easy cleaning, while the glass superstructure improves product visibility and ease of service. The case has a static cooling system that maintains an even temperature throughout the compartment and runs on the environmentally friendly R600a refrigerant.
