The Forcold G-VRX1200-330 refrigerated topping display is a countertop unit for holding and chilling ingredients (toppings) during food preparation, in particular pizza. Made by the Italian brand Forcold, it maintains a temperature of +2°C/+8°C and holds five GN1/4 gastronorm containers.
The display body is made of stainless steel, with static cooling and no fan inside the chamber. A glass lid shields the ingredients from the surrounding air, and the external dimensions account for two height options — with and without the glass. Condensate is removed manually, while temperature is managed by an electronic controller.
