The Forcold G-VRX1400-330 refrigerated topping display mounts above a food preparation counter and keeps ingredients chilled right at the cook's workstation. Made by the Italian brand Forcold, it operates in the +2°C/+8°C range and holds six GN1/4 gastronorm containers.
The chamber uses static cooling with no fan, and the body is made of stainless steel. The top can be fitted with glass, so the external height is given in two variants — without and with the glass. Temperature is maintained by an electronic controller, and condensate is removed manually.
