The Forcold G-VRX2000-330 refrigerated topping display is the longest model in the narrow 330 series from the Italian brand Forcold, holding ten GN1/4 gastronorm containers at once. It operates in the +2°C/+8°C range.
The unit mounts above a work surface used for pizza or other food preparation and keeps ingredients chilled right at the workstation. Cooling is static, the body is stainless steel, condensate is removed manually, and temperature is maintained by an electronic controller.
