The Forcold G-VRX2000-380 refrigerated topping display is the largest model in the 380 mm deep VRX series from the Italian brand Forcold. It is sized for nine GN1/3 gastronorm containers and operates in the +2°C/+8°C range.
Like the other models in the line, the display mounts above a work surface used for pizza or other food preparation and keeps ingredients chilled right at the cook's workstation. Cooling is static, the body is stainless steel, temperature is controlled electronically, and condensate is removed manually.
