The GoodFood GF-VRX1500/380-H6C refrigerated topping display case is a mid-sized model in the topping-case range, holding 6 GN1/3 containers with a housing length of 1500 mm. This size suits kitchens that need adequate capacity without the footprint of the largest units in the range.
The housing is made of stainless steel, and a refrigeration unit built around a Donper compressor, Carel thermostat and R600a refrigerant maintains a +2…+8°C temperature range. This allows chilled toppings and fillings to be stored safely right at the cook's workstation throughout the day.
