The Tecnodom P-VR4160VD refrigerated display is designed to hold chilled ingredients and prepared items on the serving line and counters of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities running organised meal service. The straight tempered glass lets staff check the product without opening the unit unnecessarily.
The display holds 6 GN1/4 trays and keeps a temperature of +3/+5°C through static cooling with a built-in condensing unit. The body is made of INOX 18/10 stainless steel, defrosting is off-cycle, and controls are handled from an electronic panel with an NTC probe. The unit runs on R290 refrigerant.
