The Juka VDL 108 pastry display case suits the presentation of cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods in compact buffets and small cafeterias at schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities, where only a limited footprint is available for a confectionery counter. A 1.62 m² display area is a practical choice where a full-size case would not fit, while staff still need to present the range of baked goods neatly to canteen or buffet visitors.
The case uses an evaporator with an enlarged working surface that keeps conditions inside the cabinet even and extends the freshness of the products on display. The +6...+12°C operating range is maintained at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). The unit comes with 4 refrigerated glass shelves with interior lighting, sliding glazed doors for convenient staff access, adjustable legs and automatic defrost.
