The Tekhnokholod ВХК-«Кароліна»-1,3-К refrigerated pastry display case is designed to showcase cakes, pastries and other confectionery items in buffets of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses. The manufacturer, Tekhnokholod, is a Ukrainian company, which lets state and municipal institutions purchase domestically produced equipment without relying on imported supply chains.
The Кароліна series unit, 1250 mm long, is built to operate in rooms with an ambient temperature up to +32°C and humidity up to 55%, matching conditions typical of most kitchens and buffet areas.
