The Technoholod ВХК-«Кароліна»-1,6-К confectionery refrigerated display case is designed for showcasing cakes, pastries and other bakery products in buffet lines of school, healthcare and foodservice canteens. The equipment is manufactured by the Ukrainian company Technoholod.
The model belongs to the «Karolina» series and operates in two temperature modes — 0…+2°C and +2…+4°C (temperature class M1/M2). The display length is 1500 mm, side-wall thickness is 90 mm, and the internal air circulation speed of 0.2 m/s ensures even cold distribution across the whole display area.
