Tekhnokholod ВХК-«Кароліна»-2,0 Refrigerated Pastry Display Case

The larger model in the Кароліна line, the Tekhnokholod ВХК-«Кароліна»-2,0, is built for establishments with heavier customer traffic: school and hospital cafeterias, kindergarten buffets and institutional cafes. The 1875 mm case length lets staff display noticeably more confectionery items than compact versions, while keeping the products neatly presented behind glass.

The unit operates in rooms with ambient temperature up to +32°C and humidity up to 55%. Operating temperature is 0…+2°C or +2…+4°C (temperature class М1/М2), maintained by forced air circulation at 0.2 m/s. The case has 90 mm side panels and runs on a 220V ±10% mains supply.
